📣 AYC Newsletter | October–November 2025
October Ministry Highlights
From October 29–31, AYC was once again invited by KMS Tools (Coquitlam) to host a Smokie Fundraising Event.
This fundraiser helped us share the heart behind AYC’s Vision Trip ministry and raise support—especially for the Bolivia Vision Trip planned for May next year.
Over the past few years, many Indigenous Youth Leaders who received deep spiritual impact through the Korea Vision Trip have now stepped into a new calling to serve in Bolivia.
Therefore, all funds raised during this event will be used for the 2025 Korea & Bolivia Vision Trips.
Throughout the three days, volunteers joyfully served from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, grilling smokies, connecting with supporters, and sharing the story of what God is doing through AYC.
It was a meaningful reminder of our volunteers’ dedication, love, and shared commitment to God’s heart for Indigenous youth.

November Ministry Highlights
From November 20–22, a team of 13 from AYC returned to Port Hardy, located in northern Vancouver Island. Once again, The Bridge Church opened their doors, allowing us to gather local youth for worship.
Missionary Chris, who partners closely with AYC in this region, continues to lead weekly youth services every Thursday at 5:00 PM, sowing faithfully into the next generation.
This month’s gathering brought together about 50 Indigenous Youth & Young Adults (ages 8–25) for worship and fellowship. Many of these youth were walking through personal challenges or busy life seasons, yet they returned with a deep hunger for God.
What was even more encouraging was seeing youth who had attended previous gatherings bring their younger siblings and friends with them. We witnessed firsthand that God is igniting a generational wave of revival in Port Hardy.
Among the first-time attendees, seven youth accepted Jesus during this trip.
One testimony especially touched our hearts:
A teenage girl who attended for the first time felt uncomfortable during the service and even called her boyfriend saying she might have come to the wrong place.
But by the end of the night, she encountered Jesus personally and was completely transformed. She then brought her boyfriend into the next service—where he also gave his life to Christ.
It was a living example of the Good Shepherd bringing home “the one lost sheep.”
God’s presence was undeniable, and we experienced again that Jesus is actively moving among the youth of Port Hardy.

Open Worship – November 29
On November 29, AYC held its second Open Worship gathering of the year at Hallelujah Community Church (Langley). It was a beautiful evening where volunteers, young adults, and leaders came together to worship and share God’s heart for Indigenous communities.
What encouraged us most was seeing young people who once attended AYC gatherings now taking the lead—guiding worship, organizing the flow, and welcoming newcomers. Because of their initiative, new young adults joined us that night and experienced powerful worship and community.
Open Worship continues to be a space where
• we pray for Indigenous communities,
• share testimonies of what God is doing in the field,
• and encourage young leaders to witness and participate in God’s ongoing work.
We thank God for the unity and passion He is stirring among our volunteers and young leaders.

🙏 God Is Moving
We continue to witness God’s transformative work across Indigenous communities in Canada.
Throughout October and November, we saw worship restored, lives changed, and the next generation rising up in faith.
May the spark of revival we are seeing grow deeper and stronger in every home, community, and generation.

AYC 가을 사역 소식: 잃어버린 자가 돌아오는 현장 2025년 10–11월호
10월 사역 이야기
10월 29–31일, AYC는 다시 한 번 KMS Tools (Coquitlam)의 초청을 받아 스모키 나눔 펀드레이징 행사를 진행했습니다.
이번 행사는 AYC의 Vision Trip 사역을 소개하고 후원을 받을 수 있는 귀한 시간이었으며, 특히 내년 5월에 예정된 볼리비아 선교 비전트립을 위한 모금에 집중했습니다.
지난 몇 년 동안 한국 비전트립을 통해 큰 은혜를 받은 Indigenous Youth Leaders들이 이제는 새로운 선교지인 볼리비아로 나아가게 됩니다.
이에 따라 이번 펀드레이징을 통해 모인 모든 후원금은 2025 Korea & Bolivia Vision Trip에 사용될 예정입니다.
세 날 동안 많은 봉사자들이 바쁜 일정 중에도 시간을 내어
매일 8:00AM–4:00PM까지 스모키(핫도그)를 굽고, 사람들과 교제하며 AYC의 사역을 나누었습니다.
자신의 시간과 마음을 기꺼이 내어준 봉사자들의 헌신을 다시 확인할 수 있는 깊이 감사한 시간이었습니다.

11월 사역 이야기
11월 20–22일, AYC 팀 13명은 다시 한 번 Vancouver Island 북부의 Port Hardy로 찾아갔습니다. 이번에도 지역 중심에 위치한 The Bridge Church가 장소를 제공해주어 청소년들과 함께 예배를 드릴 수 있었습니다.
현재 이 지역에서 AYC와 동역하고 있는 크리스 선교사는 매주 목요일 오후 5:00PM에 Indigenous 청소년들을 위한 예배를 인도하며 다음세대를 위해 헌신하고 있습니다.
이번 집회에는 약 50명의 Indigenous Youth & Young Adults(8–25세)가 참석해 함께 예배하고 교제했습니다. 개인적인 어려움과 유혹 가운데 있던 청년들, 바쁜 삶 속에서 예배 자리에 오기 힘들었던 청소년들까지 다시 한 번 은혜를 사모하며 참여하는 모습이 큰 감동을 주었습니다.
특히 이전에 AYC 집회에 참석했던 청년들이 이번에는 자신의 동생들, 친구들까지 데리고 오는 모습을 통해 하나님께서 포트하디 지역에 세대적 부흥의 물결을 일으키고 계심을 분명히 느낄 수 있었습니다.
또한 이번 집회에 처음 온 청소년들 가운데 7명이 예수님을 영접하는 귀한 열매가 있었습니다.
한 여학생의 이야기는 특히 마음을 깊이 울렸습니다.
친구를 따라 처음 예배에 참석한 그녀는, 예배 중간에 “잘못 온 것 같다”고 느껴 친구에게 전화를 했지만, 예배가 끝날 무렵 주님을 인격적으로 만나 변화되는 은혜를 경험했습니다.
그 남학생까지 예수님을 영접하게 되었습니다.
잃어버린 한 양을 찾아오시는 예수님의 마음을 눈앞에서 생생하게 목격한 순간이었습니다.
주님이 지금도 Port Hardy 가운데 강하게 역사하고 계심을 깊이 체험한 시간입니다.

Open Worship – 11월 29일
11월 29일, AYC는 올해 두 번째 Open Worship을 랭리의 Hallelujah Community Church에서 드렸습니다. 이 예배는 AYC 사역에 헌신하는 봉사자들과 청년들이 함께 모여, 하나님께서 원주민 공동체 가운데 행하신 일을 나누고 주님의 마음을 다시 확인하는 은혜로운 자리였습니다.
특히 감동적이었던 것은, 이전에 AYC 집회에 참석하던 청년들이
이번 Open Worship을 직접 준비하고 이끌며 주도적인 역할을 감당했다는 점이었습니다.
그들의 섬김을 통해 새로운 청년들이 예배에 참석하게 되었고,
함께 예배와 간증을 나누며 공동체가 더욱 깊이 연결되는 시간이 되었습니다.
Open Worship은
• 원주민 공동체를 위한 중보,
• 현장에서 일어난 간증을 함께 나누는 시간,
• 청년 봉사자들이 하나님이 지금도 일하신다는 사실을 직접 듣고 경험하는 시간
이 되었습니다.

🙏 하나님은 지금도 일하십니다
우리는 10월과 11월 사역을 통해
예배의 회복, 잃어버린 영혼의 구원, 다음세대의 변화를 생생하게 목격했습니다.
하나님은 지금도 캐나다 전역의 Indigenous 공동체 가운데
부흥과 회복의 역사를 계속하여 이루고 계십니다.
이 부흥의 불씨가 각 마을, 공동체, 가정 속에서
더 크게, 더 깊게 타오르기를 소망합니다.
